Garlic Aioli

Starts with my base homemade mayo and will completely change your sauce game.
Ingredients
Mayo Base
1 egg, room temperature
1 cup avocado oil or light olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
Make it Garlic Goodness
⅓ cup mayo (store-bought, vegan, or homemade from above)
2-3 garlic cloves, finely grated
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth and fully combined.
Taste and adjust. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge. Enjoy!
