Bold, smoky, with a quiet heat from the chipotle — this sauce makes everything it touches taste more interesting. It's the one that goes on the table and disappears before anything else. Beautiful deep colour, incredible flavour.
How I use it:
Drizzled over any roasted vegetable, especially cauliflower and eggplant
As a spread on grain bowls or wraps
Spooned over baked eggs
On sandwiches instead of mayo
As a dipping sauce for sweet potato fries
